U.S Sens. Todd Young and Mike Braun split on the Bipartisan Budget Act of 2019, with Young voting for the bill and Braun voting against it.
The two-year, $1.3 trillion bill increased spending levels over current ones by $320 billion, funding military and domestic programs.
