Jefferson Shreve is debuting his first general election campaign ad, playing up his bipartisan credentials as a city-county councilor while tweaking incumbent Joe Hogsett’s record.
“The point is,” says the narrator, “he gave Hogsett a chance. Like we all did. But it’s not working.”
